1. Consigned item

2. Term
This Agreement begins on the date above and continues for 30 days, unless extended in writing or terminated earlier under clause 7.
3. Sale price
The Consignee will offer the watch for sale at no less than ________________ (the "Minimum Price"), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Commission
On a successful sale, the Consignee retains a commission of 10% of the final sale price. The remaining 90% is paid to the Consignor.
5. Payment
The Consignee will remit the Consignor's share within 7 days of receiving cleared funds from the buyer.
6. Title, authenticity, risk & insurance
The Consignor warrants that they are the lawful owner of the watch and that it is genuine. Risk of loss or damage while the watch is in the Consignee's possession, and responsibility for insurance, are as agreed by the parties and should be documented and adequately insured.
7. Unsold item
If the watch is not sold within the Term, the Consignee will, on request, return it to the Consignor in the same condition (allowing for normal handling).
8. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of ________________.
9. Entire agreement
This document is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions.
